Pastor
Pastor Rick, together with his wife Tracy and daughter Emma, hail from central California and have been blessed by being part of People of Faith since 2014. They enjoy Winter Garden, especially the downtown area, as well as movies, playgrounds, the beach, and the theme parks (of course!). Pastor Rick hopes to share God's love with all and to help people use their gifts for ministry. He also loves "all things Star Wars" - but mainly chapters 4-6!
Juliann & Immanuel Sidabutar
Worship & Music Ministry Co-Leaders
Immanuel and Juliann Sidabutar enjoy finding new and innovative ways to make our worship together fun, energy filled and inspiring! They relocated to Florida in the summer of 2016 and have been members of People of Faith since 2017. Together, they are raising three rambunctious kids — Noah, Isabelle, and Allison — and find joy in spending quality family time and exploring the nuances of parenting (a lot of trial and error). Aside from church, Immanuel has been in food service management for over ten years, and Juliann has been in the healthcare administration field for five years and counting.

Neftali Medina
Roadhouse Ministry Leader
Neftali, or Nefti as he is affectionately known, has been working with youth at People of Faith for over seven years, and has been officially on staff for four. He specializes in mentoring teens and young adults, challenging them to realize their own unique potential. He has a passion for experiential education and is currently pursuing a double major in Organizational Leadership and Psychology in order to better serve the students he interacts with at the Warrior Roadhouse Ministry. In addition to his love for Christ, Nefti also loves his cat "Snow" who is convinced she's really a dog.
Jenny Fauser
Connectional Ministries & Administration
Jenny is excited to be a part of People of Faith. She has raised her 3 children in the Winter Garden & Clermont area for over 16 years and has been a faithful follower of Christ a great portion of her life. Jenny's passion lies in connecting with others and sharing the Love of Christ whenever she can. She part-time homeschools her children and loves to do martial arts and go camping.

Deanna Gustafson
Director, Children's Lighthouse Child Development Center
Deanna was hired as the Assistant Director of Children's Lighthouse when we opened it's doors in 2005 and accepted the position of Director shortly thereafter. Having dreamed of opening her own childcare center since she was a little girl, this was Deanna's dream come true. Deanna is actively involved in every part of the Children's Lighthouse Learning Center ministry - knowing every face and name. Deanna is married with three children of her own (all of whom graduated from Children's Lighthouse!). She received her Bachelor of Arts/Psychology from DePaul University and has her Florida Advanced Director and CDA Credentials.

As a Lutheran congregation, we have a bold confidence in God's grace. We believe we are saved by God's grace alone -- not by anything we do. We believe our salvation is through faith alone -- our trust is in God who promises us forgiveness, life and salvation through Christ. And we believe that scripture alone - the Bible - contains the only necessary guide to truth.
OUR MISSION
Our mission - our purpose - is to strengthen and multiply followers of Jesus Christ, as outlined in Matthew 28: 18-20.
"Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirt,
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
